Digimon Introduction
CA: I became a huge fan of Digimon after getting a Digital Monster X V-Pet.
CA: Specifically, the white version with Gabumon X.
CA: I watched the Digimon Adventure dub as a kid on Kids WB, but I didn't remember a lot, and so I wanted to re-visit the series as an adult.
CA: After watching the first anime, I have also seen some of Digimon Adventure 02 and I plan to watch more!
CA: I have also played Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, and Digimon Tamers: Battle Evolution, known as Digimon Rumble Arena in the dub.
CA: If you're looking to start Digimon, I would recommend checking out the V-Pets.
CA: And definitely check out Humulos's website that documents how to raise said V-Pets!

Digimon Partner Idea
CA: Like many Digimon fans, I like to imagine if I had a Digimon Partner or if I was a Digimon Tamer.
CA: I had an idea based off of the idea that my Digimon Partner had a Hero, Neutral, and Evil route.
CA: Like Shadow the Hedgehog (2005), I thought that it would be neat to have different pathways for Digivolution based off of the situation and how the hero resolves the issue.
CA: Below is an example of the Digitama to Child / Rookie pathway, the Hero pathway, the Neutral pathway, and the Evil pathway.
CA: Like the Shadow game, you can go from Hero to Neutral to Evil, Evil to Neutral to Hero, or Neutral to either Hero or Evil.
CA: Because my first Digimon V-Pet had Dracomon X as one of its Rookie / Child Digimon, I really latched onto Dracomon as my Partner Digimon.
CA: I wanted the Neutral route to be dinosaur-based because I really like dinosaurs.
CA: The Hero route is meant to be more Tokusatsu-esque, incorporating a Digivolution into a more humanoid form and eventually into Alphamon, one of the Royal Knights of Yggdrasill.
CA: Since there are many instances of each Digimon species, this Alphamon is not meant to tie into any existing canon; they're just meant to exist as a potential final outcome for this Partner Digimon's Digivolution line.
CA: Similarly, despite being one of the Seven Great Demon Lords, the Evil route's Beelzebumon / Beelzemon is not meant to be a reference to any given canon's Beelzebumon.
CA: The Evil Route is also fairly humanoid, since I really like Devidramon, and I wanted to incorporate Beelzebumon because it has a tail.
CA: I think it's a lot of fun to make a Digimon Partner line, and if you get a chance, check out Wikimon to make your own!
